Default Sprung droop or both ?

I figure this needs to be in this section and I have tried the search but from the bazillions of posts I can't really find anything that answers this for me.

I can't find a simple answer to the question "what are the benefits of droop over sprung or vice versa" and especially to the question I am asking myself after looking at some crawlers on here ....

" is droop front and sprung rear the way to go" and if it is then can you please explain to me why ?

Sorry if it's a dumb Q but this is the noob section after all

The benifit to droop over sprung is your weight is super low and can have massive belly clearence. Best of both worlds IMHO.

Droop front and sprung rear is just a different set up guys run. Is it the "way to go?"......Not for me. Everyone prefers a different set up. Trial and error is your best freind.
