Interesting....I think it is an e-maxx with jumbo kongs. Would like to see what it is used for.

Theyve been out for a couple of years now. They're referred to as bombots. E-Maxx with jumbo kongs is correct.

yep talked to my dad and its a emax used to drop bombs..but they rnt using them cause theres not enough torqe in them..

not enough power, tell him to put a brushless system in it with some lipos...that will give them enough torque...

yea thats what i said but i forgot a bout lipos..the problems is they want the top speed at 3mph but lots of tourqe

Another problem is that they are really top heavy with the cam and everything on it.

Just buy up some ol' E-Maxxes, throw in some inline gear reduction boxes (3mph top speed should be easy to hit) and sell 'em to the military as their new and improved bomb-bot. You figure about $30,000 apiece, right? |

We had a few of these while i was in iraq. I locked the axles and put a differnt motor on them worked fairly well after that

| This Is Dad !!
This is KFX700's dad and yes this is an emaxx used by the EOD team to detect trip wires. But without enough torque they dont use it anymore. I told the Major what was needed to fix it. Take care everyone...
