| My bulletproof Losi Mini LST's
I jumped back into rc almost 2 years ago when I bought a Mini LST (without much research, just the guy at my lhs opinion), it looked cool it was 4wd and the price was right. After a month of stripping diffs and blowing servos it sat on the shelf until the Mini LST2 metal diffs came out These are the two I have now, the brushless rig is the original one I bought and have built it up since and built a few others along the way. Brushless rig: Quark 33a esc Wraith 7k motor Exotek single servo chassis conversion (best upgrade ever for the mlst) KO Propo 2413 low profile servo MIP fr/cntr/rear cvd's, center ball diff Alloy center trans case, motor mount/heatsink, and siderails Carbon fiber bottom plates Rear swaybar GPM wheels FullForce bearings The brushed one has: Stock motors/esc JR 241 metal geared servos Lunsford titanium turnbuckles with Dubro closed ends for bulletproof steering. Metal rear ring and pinion gears, locked diff. Losi vicious diff up front Locked center trans MIP fr&rear cvds Losi Mini T 60t dual disk slipper Integy front shocks, stock rears with Dubro ends to lift the rear HPI 2.2 wheels with Proline Bow Tie buggy tires This truck has over 2" of clearance in the center! 2 1/2" up front! Unfortunatly this one has to be sold, too many projects. |
