Default $200 slash + $80 excavator rental = mega sweet

Got a slash last week, super early b-day present from the lil-lady.
Moved the front shocks to outer holes on a-arms.
Front shock oil 55wt, rear shock oil 40wt and additional rear shock limiters on the shafts (1/8" or so) plus the blue factory limiters.
Moved rear body mounts up.
-2 or -3 degree camber up front little less out back. Toe out up front, toe in out rear.
Added 4 oz of rear weight under the esc, helps to plant the rear.
Flipped ESC 180 deg, desoldered motor leads and soldered esc directly to motor
4600mah, 7 cell max amps nimh battery, ill get a 2cell lipo soon and switch over to my Futaba 3pm.
Have the new proline beadlocks, waiting on the prolines switch tires to come in. I'll get a new UpGrade R/C skin once they release the Reaper skin for the HardCorr proline body.
I am going to have to put top soil on the track, sometime. Where I live has lots of gravel in the soil. Super loose track right now with big rocks scattered. Took about 2 hours to make with a small tracked excavator. Triangle shaped with a couple of switchbacks in the middle for the short course and a larger triangle around that on the other side. About 20-25 sec lap on inside and 30-35 lap on outside. Still need to make some more sweet jumps.

DAMN YOU ARKANSAS ROCKS!!!!!

Seriously, whats with all the rocks in AR? My boss and I started to build a track out behind his shop a few months ago. I spent nearly as much time picking up and chucking tennis ball-sized rocks as I did moving dirt with the Kubota...what a PITA.

Not bad. Pretty rough track lol. I would for sure be looking for some dressins, maybe bigger jumps?
