|  $5 Garage Sale Find...
Found an old Tamiya QD Midnight Pumpkin at a garage sale today. In pretty good shape, rear bumper broken, big front brush-guard thingie broken, and the tires are all dry-rotted to death, but other than that, it's in pretty nice shape. I know the QD's weren't exactly that great, but I figured it would make a fun little basher for my kids and the wife and my nephews to beat on. And if I ever get a MRC, the body looks like it would fit perfect.  I'm still waiting to get a bunch of AA's so I can even see if the thing works. Who knows, I might stick my Mamba 25/6900kv in it and see what it will do.  I'll get some pics tomorrow so y'all can see what I got.  |

Sweet find! My first "real" rc was a QD manta ray.... man I loved that thing!
