looks great, you should do a 80's theme paint job on the body. |

i tried to build a pulling truck out of the ax10 axles and trans i had left over. a few probems you might need to address is the stock lockers in axles arent that strong and will wear pretty quickly, i would get some stronger lockers. and i dont know if it was just mine or not but when it gets under a hard pull the motor mount tends to flex and if your not carefull it might flex too much and mess the spur up. other then that my ax10 pulled 50 pounds on carpet before i snapped a driveshaft, but i decided to just glue a washer ontop of the drive cup. punisher shafts would work well. but keep up the good work i cant wait to see it done! |

what i did was take some washers and glue glued them right where the driveshaft attachs to the drive cup i call it, it held out for a good while but the glue i used wasnt that strong.... i did it so i didnt have to get the axial driveshaft things but hey whatever works.

I don't know very much about pulling, so you will have to excuse the newb question, but could you explain the hitch system you have? Thanks.

Looking good, I would narrow the rear. That way when you pull on dirt all your tires are biting fresh dirt. Also check out rcmt's pulling forum. |

| this is true but a lot of pullers also do it on shallow carpet so there is really no need unless he is going to be pulling on dirt

Thanks again Yeah i know, I have not seen a narrowed axial axle yet. But with the full size trucks it doesn't really effect them that much. Already checked it out and got a lot of tips. | ||
