| Baja Bug: Class 11
I got this SWEET Tamiya M-04 Beetle for Christmas and I built it yesterday. I've been working on the body and cosmetics and all it's waiting for now are the racing decals. It's fully ball-raced and has Tamiya Hornet front tires all around. Starting the build. Finishing the build. |

Ready for the first layer of paint. Almost done. Done. Needs decals now. Painting the wheels. Done. I'll get some outdoor shots tomorrow. |

Thanks! I'm modeling it after a real class 11 bug. It will likely have a light bar too. |

The stock body is lexan, but there is an aftermarket ABS shell made by Kamtec.

I took it to the baseball diamond this afternoon, but it was still a little soggy from all the snow that has been melting. Most of the pics are a bit blurry, and only a couple turned out okay. I also started on the light bar. |

Thanks! I was hoping I'd be the first to build a class 11 bug. I finished the light bar. I still need to find some number decals for the doors. Lights were cut off of my old Clodbuster light bar. Light bar painted red. |
