| Just picked up a Losi Mini Desert Buggy!
Picked this up the other day after seeing it in the spring horizon catalog. It's a pretty sweet little rig, and @ $150 pretty reasonable. it's a 2wd buggy, but with a mamba micro pro, brushless motor, and 2s lipo, i bet it will scream... so far I have only had a chance to run it in the house, around the basement, and out in front of the house. it turns on a dime, and I am already planning on swapping the shocks for the aluminum mini-t shocks, getting a Double disk slipper, and the LED light kit. then a Mamba micro pro combo, and a 2s lipo for it. here's a few pics. |

Nice! I really like how these look. I wish they had bigger compartments for batteries though... the RC18T can take much bigger batteries due to its layout. |

Yeah it seems to be a little tight, and getting the battery in an a PITA. But the look sold me too, and my 2 boys love the thing. It's not as fast as my mini revo, but in a way that's fine, especially for them.
