I thought something was broken as well, but its probably just tire balloning on the inside tire. I say that because both the left tire & right tire do it when the car is turning the same direction.

yeah, it's just the rear tires ballooning. Everything is fine back there, I had just finished installing new bearings right before doing this as the ones that where in it were blown.
