| HPI Formula Ten
Hey guys. I am looking at buying a HPI Formula ten over the next month or so, and I was wondering if anyone here had one. Can you put touring car tires right onto it? I have about 4 sets of touring car tires and nothing to put them on so I think it would be cool to throw a set on this.

sweet that makes it easy to find wheels and tires for it. For some reason alot of people think it has 14mm hexes on the back and 12mm on the front.

if i recall right that car is alot like a pan car, with VERY little suspension. so if you plan on using it in the street or parking lot you can forget it. carpet or prep race tracks only. if i was to ever get a F1 car i would get one of tamiya discontinued F201 4wd cars. so bad ass. |

and parking lot driving is just asking for a parts pile.. ran mine off the asphalt 1 time and broke the rear wheel. any lil pebble at speed will get it airborne.

I was thinking this car would be good for the indoor class they run here all winter. During the summer I got 2 slashes, and a crawler to run in the club. So it would be nice to have something for the winter time also, seeing I can only run one slash at that time. I also could run it at my fathers autobody shop, in his back shop (which holds can have 2 transfer truck, and 2 cars in it with tons of room left). Thanks for the help STANG & ROLAND, I really appreciate it. |

Tamiya has a new one coming out and honestly I would think Tamiya knows F1 cars better then anyone else. Tamiya Announces the New F104 V2 Pro F1 Kit | rcdriver.com
