I've got a 150a hobbywing esc and a brushless saker 36x74 3490kv 4 pole motor that I'm thinking about putting in this truck
It stripped the rear differential and ring and pinion in the first 5 minutes on my 1/8 buggy so hopefully it doesn't do the same to my slash

I installed the MIP axles over the weekend... what a pain in the ass! One of the axles shafts is funky and causes thrashing and makes the a-arm and diff wobble real bad. Are the MIP axles suppose to have the pins in phase like car driveshafts?

I just put those in my Stampede, they are actually easier to use than they seem. Which pins did you use in the outer CV?

I used the supplied roll pins for the outers. Last night I took apart the shaft that was thrashing and found excess loctite was causing binding in the joint. My mistake

The part that was a pain was installing the spring steel roll pins. As for the cvd pins mine had flat in the center for the set screw
