| help to size a prop
so i have a 30cc ryobi 2 stroke engine i want to put on an airboat. how would i size the prop for the power. i can find charts and stuff on nitro engine but none on gas. id imagine a gas engine does not make the power a similar size nitro engine would make. any help is appreciated |

You are going to need a thrust stand to figure out the best prop for your motor if no data is out there. Or you could use the nitro charts and see how the rpms compare. If you aren't hitting the target speeds then reduce pitch or diameter.

Nope, you would need to build one. Basically just a mount that pushes on a scale.
