Looks cool! I've built one just like that. Do the 3rd shock mod if it's not already done. Will save you headache later!

1st gen grasshoppers has a very simple axle mount so there's no need for the 3rd shock. Gonna try a unsensored outrunner. Just a little guy though. Same goes for the battery. Gonna try to keep things light. |

Body is mounted. Bearings added Don't really care for the over hanging front end on this particular body. A tube bumper that removes the tip of the hood will be added. |

Have u tried a sandscorcher body on this? Im thinking it might fit a bit better without the front overhang. Parma makes a clear lexan one if u want something inexpensive.

Got this body at my lhs for $16. I'll make it work. Thinking a bumper like this.

Got it running with the stock motor on 3s and realize it needs more power. Looking at dropping a 380 sized 4000kv motor on 3s. Pretty fun just tooling around the house but I can see where this gets boring outdoors.
