Please make sure your truck is ready to tech according to the current USRCCA rules. The wheelbase jig will be available so you can verify your truck passes prior to Tech Check. We will give everyone 1 chance to re-tech during Tech Check form 9:30 -9:55 am. After that chance, if you have not passed tech before the courses are run, you will be given a 50 on any course you are not ready to run when it is your turn.

Please be ready to run when it is your turn so we can keep the event moving.

I will be contacting judges and staff this week to set up people for all the events. Judges and Course Builders should arrive at 9 am so that they can prepare courses and make suggestions/ask questions so everyone is clear when we begin running at 10 am.

This post will be updated if any venues change. We will be evaluating some new locations in the next couple weeks that we may use if they look good.

In case of rain on Saturday, the backup will be the Sunday immediately following. If Sunday cannot be used, we will reschedule the event.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone! We will be announcing a local place (near each event site) where anyone who is interested will be welcome to grab a bite and hang out after we run the event, depending on time of completion.
