Thinking of starting a scale club no Crawlers just scalers. No points,no money,no set courses just FUN lol. Anybody interested in this idea besides me?

Oh and how about we do this with no rigs over $500 invested in them. No need for a bunch of trailer queens on a trail

Sounds good to me but working weekends sometimes I need at least a month's advance notice to schedule off to make it to get togethers. Casino jobs definitely pay the bills but make it hard to make it to outings on the weekend...

Awesome guys glad we have some interest in the matter. Now we need to figure out a few good meeting areas that would be fair to everyone as far as travel goes. We all know less travel =more money in pocket

I say lets pick a day the end of this month, or the beginning of next month and call for a get together. And judging by what I am seeing of where everyone has posted from, the only place equal distance to all of us (or in a general area the has nearly everyone equal) would be the Bull Hole. It would not be a Offical club thing, Just a get together to find out who really wants this. See if it's mutual, come to understandings, iron out rules, and make sure everyone knows what they are getting into.

Hey there everyone. I am new to the hobby and would really like to meet up with some like minds for some crawling/ scaling. I am running an axial scx10 honcho with box electronics and an integy 55t lathe. Rc4wd stamped steel wheels and Dick cepek mud country 1.9s with a 2s 22mah lipo. Wondering if anyone is out this way near coastal nc? I'm in havelock myself near mcas cherry point.

WAAAAAAZZZZUP lol glad to see some new guys getting involved here.As far as the coast goes there are a few that way. I know hotrod lives near the coast and me and hvydty live near raleigh and we go about anywhere that people will go . Our most popular spot or at least used to be was the BULLHOLE great place.

I'm in Boone and would be interested in wheeling with some of you guys sometime. My 1:10 rig is close to being done... Any more thoughts of the club? I like the no points, no money, just fun idea.
