Update on the events and reminder! We are having three competitions. First is the Scale Points contest. Basically when you are scaled in first thing in the morning we will tally up the top vehicles that have the most scale points. However what ever is on your truck for scale points must remain on the truck all day throughout the other events. Second we are having a g6 style course that will span the entire river side of the property and have a lot of gates that will be determined closer to the event date. Third and final event will be the King of hammers race. It will be a three lap race with 3-4 rigs per race. We have a ton of prizes for the winners . As of right now We may not have a course for class 1 rigs but they can still enter the scales points contest and KOH if there is enough that want to try it. Also any ideas please feel free to post up and ask questions also. We are working hard to get a great event for everyone to have fun. The KOH race is handicap accessible. |

Rules for the g6 type event: no hand of god. You can use a use a "penalty winch" to right your truck or help climb a hill it will be +10 to your score each time used. That being said TOW STRAP IS REQUIRED. ( there is no penalty to use your truck's winch or someone else's) In fact -5 will be rewarded for helping a friend out with a tow or a winch. Gate penalty will be +10. Hit a gate mark it on your score sheet. See someone hit a gate call it out. This is all being done on the honor system but sometimes you might be looking at the other gate and not notice the gate on the other side. So help keep each others scores correct. There are no reverse penalties. You will be scaled in use the normal soccra calculator. You will be running in groups of 4-6 depending on how many show up. While its not a timed event there will be some bonus points for 1st 2nd 3rd for each group. There will be a lag of 10min or so and we'll start the next group. There will be two mandatory driver challenges. (BRING YOUR BASIC TOOLS) And 4-5 voluntary driver challenges (BRING TIE DOWNS STRAPS OR BUNGEE CORDS) WATERPROOFING WILL HELP Bonus points will be determined on difficulty of challenge. ALL GATES MUST BE CLEARED! weather you have to pull your truck thru the gate with your tow strap you must make it thru. Last but not least HAVE FUN! Any ?'s or comments Keep them to yourself! just kidding please post up I'm sure I have forgot something, so help me out. |
