|  Hanging rock
Is there any good crawling there? I checked out pilot mountain and was thoroughly underwhelmed. So here's hoping for something better.

Did you go around the peak?? If you did and didn't find good lines then Hanging Rock will be a HUGE disappointment for you.

Yeah I checked out the pile of rocks by the picnic tables and walked a bunch of the trails. I'm pretty spoiled I guess coming from the San Diego area and having the best crawling I've ever seen like a mile from my house. Moving to nc has been a huge bummer in terms of rc crawling.

The trails around the picknic area are a bit boring, but the trail that leads you around the knob itself is very good. It's the trail that starts just past the bathrooms. It starts as a foot path up until the base of the knob then it gets interesting.
