|  First North Carolina Post (Invite to our first Comp)
hey all; We are having our first Carolina Rock Runners Comp this weekend. Location will be at Lake Norman (rt 150 out of Mooresville, to just before the bridge that crosses the lake) Supers, 2.2 and run the 1.9 for fun after. |

I'm interested in coming out as a spectator for now. I've been to Lake Norman a few times before but mostly been on the water. Is there a better landmark or directions you could provide. I will be coming from Kernersville. I will be getting an axial with tax refund money this spring. It won't stay stock long.... It'll be my first crawler but I have been into Hobby grade RC since the grasshopper was originally released (damn that was a long time ago) |

Take exit 36 (HWY 150) off 77 then follow what Rene has posted. 169 pinnacle ln. mooresville n.c. 28117 On Streets and trips! I'm Guessing it's in that parking lot that we will be parking and walking down to the lake! |

hey The rocks are one parking lot closer to the lake from that address. The tech check will start at 9:00ish,the courses will start at 10 am. 2.2s then Supers(two courses each), then Lunch then finals for each class. |
