I just joined the nitrokillers forum after I saw an ad in R/C car, its perfect for me considering my hatred of nitros, I've been looking into switching from NiMH to Lipo and MaxAmps is the company I'm going with. Whats everybody running for crawlers? Last edited by 701 Technique; 04-28-2008 at 02:51 PM. | |

The B4 will be there, I just ordered the parts to fix the front end this morning. As for Crawler I'm running a new Delrin GC-2 Same as Tony. Jason |

Looks like I will probably be there with Bob's Jeep. Might bring my savage if I take the time to put it back together.

oh ill bring the ramps im sure there is not enough room to get a good run at the skate park. we skied the thing in my street at least 25 30 feet in the air. do you think we could get enough grip on a skate park to have like a urban comp like you see in the mags. i thought about trying it here at our park. it would be interesting to set up cones and try it can you say side hilling.

well trevor and i tried out the skate park today. there are very few places that we could crawl, anything with a curve or steep incline we could not make. i guess it was worth a try.

I just found out the other night that my sister and brother in-laws townhome is only a couple of miles from the park. So the wife and the dog can hang with the sister for the weekend and I can go play. We'll be coming up Saturday morning cause the kid has a make up baseball game Friday night. Jason |

I would like if everyone was there by 9a. We could all play on the rocks for a little while to get a feel for how they drive. Maybee try different tires and what not. I would also like to do a little run down of the rules as I am thinking some of the people who haven't been in a comp may have some questions. We will start the first driver on course at 11a. If there ends up being a large turnout we will setup 2 courses and split the group into two and have both courses running at the same time. As far as waterproofing things. There is some water in the area we are running. The course will be setup in a manner to keep out of the water. However if you get a bad bounce on a rollover you could in theory, maybee, possibly, end up in the water. |

| Bad news, I just got back from the park, and they turned the pump on... so it is full of water. But it looks like there are other places around the park we can go too.
