Default N.D.R.C.R.C. Welcomes You

This thread is only to introduce yourself to the rest of us crawlers in the North Dakota area. Feel free to post up your name and a little info about yourself and where you are located. We try to due GTG's fairly regular as well as a traveling point series for the summer for the comp side of things.

Keep chit chat to a minimum!

I'll Start things off.

Tony Bjerke
Fargo, ND

I've been doing the crawling thing for just a couple of years. I really like the comp side of things but also enjoy the scale aspect of things. As far as the RC hobby goes in general, I have been involved prety muc non stop since 1987.

Growing up in utah Crawling was every where so not able to fund a 1:1 rig I decided to go 1:10th scale at 1:10th of the price lol. I have a comp truck but enjoy the scale stuff more. Been crawling for about year now.

Been into crawling since about 05 and started rc along time ago. I am not big into the comp stuff. I enjoy fabbing parts and brazing more than anything else. Once I am done building something, I am bored with it. Lately I am more into my savages.

Brent H, from the Barnesville MN area.

I am just getting into this. I have a nitro truck that I have been playing with for a year now, and this year I bought a crawler. I wanted one to go with my 1:1 scale truck...

Fairly new to the RC stuff.

Love RCs. Been into crawling for almost two years now. Like the comp rigs but scalers are what floats my boat. Have had a great time at every NDRCRC comp and hope to attend them for years to come

Brent Vogel Bismarck ND, just got into crawling last november. I have been into rc for 2000. The crawlers were something to help make it through the winter i really like it, but off-road racing is what floats my boat in the summer.

Been into RC (lightly) for about 8 years, only the last three have I gotten pretty serious, and crawling for about a year and a half, I might be the only guy on here that prefers the comp side of crawling, probably because I'm a perfectionist and just about as competitive as they come, I still like the scale side of things but lean toward trail running more than keeping a tidy nice real looking truck, most guys know I run my trail rig like it's an hpi savage.

Well I've been waiting for a long time for something like this. My name is Brandon Hodek. I'm in Grand Forks, ND and haven't done any crawling in maybe 5 years. That being said I do still have my tlt comp rig and am awaiting an scx10 dingo kit in the mail. If anyone wants I will get some pictures up of the tlt.
