Tyler, come anyway they'll be running scalers after comps. With as many Wraiths as there are maybe we need an Oklahoma class for them. Let me know if ya need a ride to Disney also. That goes for anyone in the city too, or else Andrew and I'll be in the Miata. |

We try to get started early so we are done comping by 1:30 or 2:00. Then we run the scalers. If everyone is ready to run the course when the first finishes, we can get it done sooner. If we have to wait on each person next in line, it could take all day. You guys need to have your truck ready so when the one in front of ya is done, you can start. Chad & I will keep score so if someone's got a problem we are there and ready. I am really looking forward to seeing you guys and meeting the new one's. Lets get it done so we have time to run the scalers and get to know each other. I know the new guys are gonna like the guys from last year, They are a lot of fun and really good fokes. Me on the other hand,I'm an a$$ hole. | |||

sounds good to me. i don't have anything planned for that day except crawling. right now i only have 3 batteries for my fastback, so i gotta be careful or i won't have enough to run all the courses. now the scaler... i have 2 big 4400mah 3s's for it. i'm getting a little over 2 hours each on them!

| Re: OKRCRC 1st 2012 Comp So I have heard.... Just kidding! I got to tell you, I have seen some videos of the 2.2 class from Disney, and I might just leave my XR10 at the house this time until I get a little better. No way I can compete with that, hell, theres no way I can finish one of those course's for that matter! I'll bring the AX10 Sportsman, I can drive that...somewhat! |

I'll let the other guys set up the courses. They don't like it much when I do it. Ricky especially. Chad doesn't say too much until after he wins. But if the other guys let me set up courses, they just put a bunch of pink boundries in their courses. Seriously, it's all in fun. Bring the XR, you may surprise yourself. |

I was wanting to go, however, since I boogered up my thumb, and work has took us off of 70hr weeks and dropped it to 40, money is getting tighter. Hopefully something will come up around April and I can go to that.

Understand the money thing, lol. If ya need a ride to Disney I can come through Shawnee and pick ya up. Be ready for a long day. Bring your AX-10 with ya and all your question will be answered. Cd13 lives between OKC and Shawnee. Then in April you be ready to comp. |

i had a blast at the NWARC comp yesterday at fake dams. came in 2nd in the sportsman class with my fastback!!!! not to shabby for my first comp. i ran my brothers xr10 in the pro class and placed 6th. was kinda nervous running it since i'm not familiar with his setup. i will say it worked great, and without my stupid mistakes i think i could have been in the top 3. there was some awesome driving there and a huge amount of knowledge. everybody was super nice and helpful. after watching DUUUUUUDE's fastback run i can see mine has a long way to go. it was amazing watching the things it would do. |

there was some awesome driving there and a huge amount of knowledge. everybody was super nice and helpful. This why I tell eveyone to attend a comp. Knowledge from a nice and helpful group. Comps aren't for everyone but the knowledge you gain for even a basher rig is worth going alone. I notice now they are offering trail rides after comps, my ears perked up. So come all and cheer the competitors on and run your stuff afterwards. |

I'm really excited about the comp. Andy is getting the bug as he's ordering parts for the Losi.....lol New wheels more hubs tires......lmao. It sounds like Ricky and a few of his crew are gonna make it out as well. I beat the heck out of the scaler so some repairs are needed but will be ready for Disney My comp was acting a little funny so it might be time to actually do some work to it for a change..... The sporty truck needs a few little tweaks as well softer springs and what to but it did ok for the first comp outta the box See everyone there |
