I get a chance every few yrs to come home to Oregon. The Dalles I'll drive 1-2 hrs for a great crawl location, we used to drive to tillamook state forest for the archers firebreak trails for 1:1 crawling. I'd just like to know there is something worth the drive! Anyway was hoping we can organize all the good crawling spots in this one thread or separate threads for different areas? Hopefully with some google maps pins or lat long with a rough description of good place to park, which direction to walk, how large the area to crawl is either by hours of crawling or something meaningful, and a range of difficulty level as well ie scaler, all crawlers, comp crawlers and an amount of difficult obstacles. The first words of the post can be the general location. By nearest town or county Last edited by Whiplashdjs; 05-09-2014 at 07:50 AM. |

Here is the ORCRC crawling map https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?f=q&...,10.283203&z=7 Has locations everywhere. We usually crawl Tuesday nights and weekends during the summer, feel free to post on orcrc.com when you are coming and I'm sure a lot of us would come out. |

Lacamas creek trail in camas up to round lake and Lacamas Lake. GREAT spot. I know the area up off archer road your talking about. I grew up on motor cycles there. Spent 20 years riding all over tillamook and yam hill counties. Would be a GREAT area to do some scaling around down by the Wilson river at Lees camp. Rogers camp off hwy6 has some great spots for scaling as well now that I think about it, in the woods down past where they used to store road gravel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
