| RCCO First Indoor Comp @ Big Boys Mississauga
Well, RCCO (www.rccontario.ca) hosted their first ever indoor crawling competition this past Sunday. It was held at Big Boys with Cool Toys in Mississauga. There were 3 different courses that could be run. Course #1 started on the floor and turned on the left and up over that first raised section towards the side of the building. Course #2 started at the hairpin turn (former onroad course) and then continued towards course #1 and finished on the floor to the right of the start of Course #1 Course #3 was a PITA (thanks Cam). It started mid course (near the drivers elevated stand), came around, up over the logs over the crate, past the log, ran beside Course #2 and then up into an elevated hairpin turn on the grey carpet and back down before ending on the floor. http://www.bigboyswithcooltoys.ca/ Anyhoo, here are some photos I snapped from the comp Hard @ work on a GOAT! I like this photo of Cloddys rig Proof that I made it out to a comp (first red body)... Another decent shot of Cloddys rig There will be more photo posted throughout the day on the clubs webpage. I'm looking to seeing some action shots of my rig snapped by others. Everyone had a good time. Started around 11am, finished by 5pm on the dot. There was some talk about hosting another competition in February and possibly once a month for the whole year. Thanks for lookin @ the photos. Last edited by Nerve; 01-19-2009 at 08:20 AM. |

Yes it was a great turnout. Good to see so many out with their various rigs. My son and I learned a great deal. Here's to hoping Big Boys and RCCO can arrange more throughout the rest of the season. |
