Thats sweet looking. Goes good with the older Chevy body. Did you paint a rust color under the black? That would give it the Hood Ride look after some scratches are applied. |

Flat black. Painted the outside flat and the inside with lexan black. I was going to do the "scratch effect" but just went black. |

I've always liked flat black and red on the older body style trucks. A kid in town has an older 2WD Ford, later 70's I think, Flat black, tinted, with red steel wheels, and red scallops. Long and low. Looks awesome |

That turned out great! I know what body I'm getting next and what color its going to be. After seeing his also made me "ratify" my B-17.Just wanted to see what it looked like before I bought the C-10.I hacked it up,dovetailed and slammed it and painted it flat black.Took some 0000 steel wool to it and made the black even flatter.Turned out pretty cool.I like the flat look its just that it shows finger prints especially after you handle the body after changing shock oil. |
