Here are a couple of pics of my war beaten bug...... kinda wich I would have taken pics when the paint was fresh

awesome paint job, did you build your own lightbox? i recently bought a Nikon D40 and I want to take pictures like yours, they look fantastic

thanks for the pics. I'm in the middle of painting mine right now, and I thought about keeping the masking on the windows but I wasn't too sure how well it would work. Now I know that I can keep them in place after the paint dries.

RPP Hobby still has some bodies left. I'm buying another one , just to hoard it.

Actually I work in a hobby shop that sells cameras too and we have a big proffesional whitebox upstairs that I like to take advantage of! and the d40 is awesome camera good buy!!!!

thank for the comments I really love that body its a shame they discontinued it! believe it or not i actually painted both on the inside and outside of the body.... I did all the rust and yellow on the inside and after lightly sanding the outisde, I dull coated it deffinately looked alot better when it was fresh.
