That just means it's really good paint. Also, I've noticed Purple power won't even touch anything by House of Kolors, and most lacquers are impervious to it, as well.

Have you tried easy-off oven cleaner yet? (The heavy-duty stuff in the yellow spray can, not the weak-suck "eco-friendly" crap in the blue can)

Use the same process as you did with the PP. I've stripped many an old model car this way when the purple power didn't cut it.

If that STILL doesn't get the job done, go to your local hobby shop and get a gallon of Polly S model car paint stripper. It's an expensive solution, but it WILL take the stuff off without harming the plastic.

back in the day my dad used to use brake fluid to strip paint off of models and trains that he repainted . just soaked them in it over night, didn't seem to hurt the plastic any.

ive used brake fluid and easy off before, with so so results. brake fluid took around a week and easy off was a few days. i just had to scrape it all off.

i just want the paint to magically disappear.
