Hey, what type/brand of paint is the orange? You might be able to get the over spray off and make the windows clear. Also for future reference, try to clean off the over spray/bleeding that happens before spraying the next color (black fenders). If your painting with acrylics then a tooth pick and/or rubbing alochol would take off the over spray.. For Lacquer, Urethane, enamel and anodized paints there are 3 products that can remove these paints without damaging the plastic. They are called MR. Color Thinner, Mr. paint Remover and Aqueous Color Thinner. If I were to just get one it would be the Mr. Color Thinner. Hard to find these other than online. they are made and sold in Japan. You might not be able to remove the Hard Anodized Metal paints like Spaz Stix because the paint has a chemical reaction with the plastic, it burns or eats into the plastic. Here a link to a company in Japan that sells all 3 products. You can do a google search for hobby shops that carry them here in the USA. Go here:

And in the future as well I would recommend a liquid mask instead of tape. You have to be very meticulous with tape and more often than not you get what happened to your paint job. Look for bob Dively's Liquid Mask. Has never failed me.
