I used some velcro I got from O'riellys auto parts store. A strip about 2.5 inches long, for $1.50. Held one of my bodies on TIGHT and I took the velcro off cause it held it so hard I couldnt get the body off.

This is on a CC01 chassis.
This holds strong enough that I can pick the truck up by the body, and it has never come loose on a rollover.

Velcro is plenty strong... in fact real industrial strength velcro may make it too hard to pull off!
