Default slip spray????

my dad who is a life long mechanic seen me one day when he came to my house playing wit my crawler. he said i have this spray that will make the bottom slick. its DUPONT SLIP SPRAY... i laughed. he gave me a can. sprayed it on my nylint as a test. and i have to say. it works.. lol its a dry lube. i did not get any on tires so no worries there. but it made the plastic not grip as much and it slid. lol.. just curious if anyone has ever used this before??? i know you might be laughing but i know aluminum grips real hard on anything wit more grit than glass. just food for thought i guess.. i am sure stuff comparable has been used but just being nosey and curious... thanks..

The problem with some of those sprays is that they make things slippery for a while but then attract dust and dirt. On a skid plate that's no big deal but get any in your motor and that extra grit becomes sand-paper.
