| Spaz Stix
Spaz stix stuff rocks. You can get it in a bottle for airbrushing or as an aerosol. http://www.spazstix.com/xcart/10000-...INT-2-oz..html |

No problem bud, thats what we are here for. the chrome bug bodies above are actually backed with white so it is brighter, if you back it with black then it will be deeper. one more tip, after you clean the body good, make sure you get the spazstix surface prep spray to help clean the body and then spray one more coat and let dry right before you paint. spray a light coat of the chrome then hit it with a hot hairdryer right afterwards, keep doing that for 3 coats then you can start laying the coats a little thicker still hitting it with the blow dryer, 6-7 good coats should be good enough to get that perfect chrome look the back it with the chrome mirror clear coat a few good times the the black backer. you have to be really patient with this chrome or it will mess up on you, keep your fingers off the surface where you will be spraying or you will have fingerprints and make sure you dont scratch the body on the inside, it will show all scratched that may happen from a hobby knife. it will turn out awesome, i guess i need to make a "How to" video on doing the chrome huh.

Spazstix is not out of business, i dont know how many times i have to tell people on here. I talk with them all the time on the phone and he said he isnt going anywhere. As for the Tamiya PS-48, that is a metallic silver not a chrome like what he is looking for. |

I dont work with him, He just hooks me up with paint and allows me to hook everyone else up with discount codes. I know him by name and I have his personal cell number, we have talked on several occasions and especially about this rumor that he is going out of business. All he is trying to do is trying to find someone to carry on the Spazstix name that he can trust to keep the company going, if he cant do that then he will keep running the company. He has put alot of money and time into Spazstix and doesnt want to see it go away and he said he wont let it happen. His health hasnt been the greatest due to stress but he is working on it. So there are no worries, Spazstix isnt going anywhere no matter what. |

I am not sure on that part, i just order straight through them, you can make a small order through his site. I will try and find out about his distributors.
