| Post your body mount system(no clips allowed)
I am working on my scx10 crawler body mounts, so I would like some help Pls post your body mounting setup Preferably velcro based because that is what I am planning to do |

I don't have pics but use some heavy duty 3M stuff that's similar to velcro. I get it at Target and it's black.

i put a layer of 3 ply cardboard on my chassie and ran a self tapping screw into it. it holds the body on but will come apart easy if need be

| clipless body mounts
I use these on all of my rc's. From the nitro to the crawler. I used the spacers for shocks and some 1/2 OD DOT airline. They clip in place and you can't see anything from the outside. The only time they've cam loose was on a barrel roll down about 4 ft of rocks and when I hit my neighbors mailbox with my Rusty. Here's some pics. thats very cool Hoosier! I just use good ole fashion screws on my builds. Not real quick for taking the body off but its solid as can be. |
