Sprayed a body last night and the nozzle wasnt the best in the world and now i got some runs, anyway to get rid of those on a lexan body? If was a car i would wet sand but pretty sure that would scratch the lexan pretty bad. I can tell you this WHITE paint is one of the hardest to shoot on these for me, i have no problems with any other color except white. |

Thats why you do multiple light coats, not just a few heavy ones. White isn't any harder to paint than any other color I've sprayed. Just used it last night... Brake fluid will remove paint from lexan without screwing the plastic up. |

If you are going to use brake fluid to remove the paint, make sure to use DOT 4, not DOT3. IT works much better. Or if you were lucky enough to use Parma Faskolor, use water! I figure you were using a solvent based paint though so give the DOT 4 a try, i think you will be pleasantly surprised |

even with rattle cans, i make sure to just do a dusting for each coat and it works great. the only time i have paint chip or run is when i rush through it |
