Question paint detaching from lexan after bashing, repaint?

So I was out bashing today with my HPI and after a few hard rolls the paint is coming apart from the lexan, it's kind of cool and is giving me an idea, I think once more paint flakes off I will re mask the windows and hit it with silver to give a cool new look. I will post more pics once I am done. The last pic you can really see the paint detaching from the lexan...

Has anyone repainted the inside of a chipped lexan body with another color?

Turned out pretty cool, I just used some duct tape to remove all the partial chipped black paint and taped off the windows and sprayed it with silver...

when you got the body did you wash it out really good because if there are oils from your hands on there the paint wont stick. also i am pretty sure that they put a release agent on it so it comes off of the mold. i always scrub mine down really good and then let it drive for a while.

Yep i cleaned it real good, but I was bashing pretty hard in below zero weather, and it wasn't lexan paint. But I am pumped the way the repaint turned out. I am just gonna keep repainting with black and silver alternating. I am digging the new look.
