Default fj40 body onto my wraith

Good morning all,

i just got a wraith, and i love 40's so thought why not try it. So last night the in the mail i recieved my lexan 40 body from tower hobbies, part number TAMC2367 and i was looking at how to make this work and i am pretty stumped. hood is too narrow for starters.

so my question to you all is how would you go about doing this?

thanks again

Well you could use the extra lexan that's around the outside of the shell to make the hood wider. So you'll have some lines running down your hood.As for the grill it would be a challenge to fix that back after you made it wider.Well to make it look right anyway.
