Try powder coating them. Shouldn't cost to much.

I've never tried it, but I think the paint that is used for painting lexan bodies might work. You can see how much a lexan body can flex without the paint chipping/flakeing off. Should work similar on springs, just keep the coats light.

try your local fishing store. there is a product for powdercoating hooks and other tackle. it is pretty cheap and would probably work perfect. all you have to do is heat up your springs and dip them in the powder. it hardens pretty good but to be safe i would bake them in the oven to harden it even farther.

I've used good ole' Krylon Plastic Bond spary paint on mine for ever. I've never had a problem with it chipping or cracking due to stretching or flexing. Just clean them good with solvent, and scuff them with a brilo/scotchbrite pad for adhesion. The key is keeping your coats light and consistent.

It's all in the prep work... Clean them with thinner, scuff them throughly, clean them again, prime..paint using light coats.....let dry
