So the entire grill is a sticker ? It looks just like the cr-01 bodies by tamiya . Still being made . If it is a proline it most likely like all the cool bodies they had . has been discontinued .

I think that's a Proline Land Cruiser body that got discontinued. Tamiya's FJ body set is more detailed...especially the grill area with headlights that pop out from the body not quite as flat in the pics. Tamiya's body also has a more detailed roof that juts out across the front of the windshield.

looks just like the proline I am doing now, the lower grill and rear corners give it away.

That's the original Pro-Line LC body. They had legal issues so,it got modded to the bushwhacker body.Dimensiopns are the same so,either one will work for a replacement. |

The Proline FJ40 body had the hood latches at the front of the body and diamond plate at the back corners. The Proline Bushwacker had the hood latches at the back of the hood. I have both at home and they appear to be identical in all dimensions. Like Cart said, the Tamiya is a bit different. Last edited by Grizzly4x4; 09-07-2012 at 09:56 AM. |
