Default Two HPI 79 Fords.

I picked this up day before yesterday for a steal at my LHS. So I just wanted to post up some pics of them.
1st. up is the regular cab. What looks to be over spray on the windshield isn't that's on the inside of the door.

2nd. is the club cab.

Thanks..I wanted to keep it stock looking...I'll post some more of it later on the chassis I have for it.It's a MT with clod tires on a custom chassis.

very nice paint work man. I like the paint scheme on the reg cab. But those colors on the club cab really pop too.

Thanks...Here's the club cab mounted on it's new home. It's custom chassis clod powered 17T double wound motors, traxxas evx2,and punk rock 4 wheel steer. The chassis setup is for a Grave Digger I built, but it also works great for this. so with the switch of the rear body post I can go from Grave Digger to ford.

Nice job on both, they look very crisp and precise. I'm loving the super cab especially. I've thought about stretching a SCX10 to fit one of those... Even more tempted to now

I say go for it man...It would look killer on a stretched scx chassis. If I would have had a couple around I would have done it myself.

The only thing I had trouble with on the bumper decals was getting them to stay where I put them.As you can see in the pic they kept coming up in the corner. But I took care of that with a little heat.

Hey, did you have any problems with getting the front grill decal on? Mine would crimp at the corners past the outside of the headlights like it was to wide there:(

I'm a Dodge guy really, but your two classic Ford bodies are really well done, I especially like the Blue one.

I made a cut so the crimp would lay flat.I tried putting heat to it when putting it on but it just wouldn't work.
