Default Pactra paint not bonding to proline body

I recently bought and painted a proline topkick body I painted it with pactra backing black and it started flakeing off of the body is this because it is a backing color

im not sure if im 100% accurate but did u wash the body on the inside and clean it of any debris? if not that might be part of it i noticed when i wash it that the paint seems to bond better to it.

backing black is ment to stick to paint not the body. only the normal black sticks to the body then the backing sticks to the paint

Yes I did clean it in the inside with soapy water

After reading the directions after it started flaking off that's what I thought
