|  How do I get myself one of these? Does anyone know anything about the body on this rig or whose rig it is? The body looks like it has been heavily modified, starting out as a bus and being turned into pickup.   |

I would still be interested knowing whose rig it is, but now I can start pestering Hoosierdady, R2j or Dready into modifying a body for me (I don’t have anywhere near the skills to do it myself). No problem guys!   If you check that last link I posted, it is actually the lexan body you can purchase and paint. As for who's truck.....I dunno. |

What you're looking at there (as has already been identified) is the 1/10 Maisto hard body VW Samba. It originally sold as a lowrider vehicle. They're getting hard to find now, but they can still be found one Ebay/Amazon occasionally. They're hands down the best VW Van body that's ever been produced. I've got one sitting on the shelf waiting for the right motivation.. |
