Defender d90 rc4wd body... Quality :(

Hi
I order a defender d90 body from rc4wd..
When i receive it i didnt cheked eveything...
I start to install the body and bla bla bla..
When i go to instal the windows.. Surprise!!
They are all purple.. No matter what angle you look at the truck,, every windows are purple.. Even the lenses...

Send a email to rock..
As usual he answer me very well.
He ask me to send the windows..
2 week after i receive the new windows..
Surprise again!!

They send me only a windshield, a side window and one lense....
Wooowww... Half the stock missing,,,

And the cherry... They are purple... Wow
Anyways.. I ask him to send me a new complete set..
Im sur they will end up sensing me the right stuff!

Am i the only one whit that problem??

The windows and lenses do have a purple tint to them. Mine were that way too. The tint completely dissapeared upon installation.

Well when i put it on my white body the effect was double!!
Plus... I sent all the windows... And they send me back only a windshield ans a side window...

As far as the windows against a white body, That I didnt try. I paint my bodies so it wasn't a issue. You'll have to paint your body too so that the windshield looks right. But no matter what it won't be a "Elton John scaler" as you called it unless you paint it up and detail it that way, lol. I've got nothing for a reason as to why they didnt return all of your windows. Stay in touch with them and hopefully they'll get the rest of the windows in for you soon. I doubt anyone calls your rig out for having purple windows. Good luck man.

Looll i know its not the end of the world..
But both my friend have the same body and i never saw that!!

They answer me very good actually and they said that they will send me back my windows..
If it show to much.. Ill make them in lexan...
