Default Fitting a yota interior with stock scx10 internals

I'm about to purchase a yota hardbody to start a truggy build and I was curious to know if a dinky rc interior kit conflicts with the motor and transmission position of the scx10?

I didn't have any trouble with the v1 interior in mine with the spur gear facing the rear of the truck and the battery mounted sideways in front of the transmission.
