It's called the marble technique. very easy to do, I took the clear plastic wrap and crumble it up. then dip it into some black paint and dab it onto a piece of paper until you get the look you want then dab it onto the body. Keep repeating until you have dabbed the entire area. Then I sprayed red, rather thin, transparent, and backed it with yellow then white to get the glowing red look.
