Default Another rusty truggy

I know this has been done time and time before but I couldn't help myself. This was my first attempt modifying a hard body and doing a weathered paint job. I'm not going to go into specifics because every technique I used I learned here( with the search button) by people that can explain and execute it way better than me. So here is the end result

the rust is amazingly realistic. but the faded paint is probly overlooked but what really puts this thing over the top.
incredible weathering.

Thanks. It really seems counter productive to do so many coats and wet sanding and then scuff it away to make it look beat and weathered. But when its finished it all makes sense and very rewarding. My wife still doesn't get it she says " you put all that work into it to make it look like a rusty piece of crap truck" all I say to her is thanks.
