Need help getting my money & body back from BriansBodies.

Any idea on how I can get Brian to send the unpainted Wraith Bronco body back to me?
He apparently has or is going through some issues and has dropped off the face of the earth.
I paid him $60 to paint the body AND sent him a new Bronco body.

I opened a PP claim against him so that I will a least get the $60 bucks back from after 10 days of the claim being opened. But I still don'e have the body!

He dragged on for months with no work being done on the body. I was patient as can be. BUT that has ran out.

He AGREED to refund my money and send the body back to me. THIS was a MONTH ago, April 1st actually.

I have our entire convo saved in my messages so it's cut and dry what he said and I said.

Can anyone help in this case????

Never heard of Briansbodies. Is he a vendor on here?

He used to be a vendor here a while back but hasn't been for a long time. He still painted on here but not as a vendor status so not sure how that worked out.

If anyone is acting, offering or accepting deals, work, production or services here on RCC without having a pretty little blue star beside their user name I highly recommend avoiding being involved no matter how tempting the deal may seem, and please do notify myself or any of the Mods or Admins of the situation.

Yup. We have rules against that sort of thing. And, actual blue star holding vendors have more to lose should a deal go sideways, so it tends to keep things legit for the masses. Not so much with back door deals...
