| Sandglow for Hardbody Camel Trophy truck?
I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it in my search. What's the best way to get a rattle can sandglow color on a D90 hardbody? I don't have an airbrush yet so I can't mix my own or I would just go that route. So far I'm kind of torn between the Tamiya Brilliant Orange but it's a bit too deep in color and the Tamiya Camel Yellow but it's a bit too bright. I think the camel yellow with a dark yellow or tan acrylic wash to dull/dirty it up a bit may be my best bet but I'm just wondering if anybody else has any other suggestions that may get me a closer match? Thanks.

IIRC, they do make Camel Yellow for plastics (not lexan, but iirc they sell for lexan too PS number instead of TS prefix for paint part number). TS-34 Camel Yellow - 100ml Spray Can https://www.tamiyausa.com/items/pain...l-yellow-85034 | |
