i just purchased 2 new airbrushes and compressor, now wanting to stock up on colors, ...im looking into water based paint like the parma faskolor brand, are they any good , and how fast do they drt being water based? also hows the durability , as far as chipping, holding color? |

The Parma fascolor is really good. I've used it on an on-road car I've got and even after slamming into the wall pretty good a couple times, no paint chips. As long as you put the coats on thin enough and don't go too heavy, it dries pretty quick. Hope this info help.

try auto air. dries super fast also i agree anywater based needs to be put on in thin coats to avoid peeling or cracking. i airbrush quite a bit and all i use is auto air, although mike learn was advertising soem color horizon paint i would like to try.
