Default Red Cat Scout II

Anyone mounted a Scout II body to a TRX4? I'm looking for a new body since i don't care for the Gladiator body and they way it fits on a TRX4.

Where there is a will there is a way. Not sure which version of the Trx4 you have, as they come in 12.3 or 12.8" wheelbase with or without inner fenders. If yours has the inner fenders you may have to trim them a smidge to fit the body. Otherwise it shouldn't be a big deal.

Yup, I have the kit version, so I know I’m would need to convert to the 324 WB. I just haven’t seen any out there. I thinking about ditching the genders anyways and doing shock towers.

I did it worked out pretty good. I used a Defender long wheelbase and it worked perfectly, I even swapped the front shock towers for sport fenders and ran a warn style winch under the hood. I left the fender flares off since that was never on the original Scout II and I added a set of tube style bumpers made by am pro engineering and the car looked great. only drawback is that the long body and bumpers catch the rocks too easy. I ended up ditching the body for a pickup to shorten the length the bumpers extended. I still have the Body, I'll sell it if your interested. bumpers too if you want a period specific look.
