Default TLT/HPI rubicon body?????

I have a tlt with a junfar kit put on it. I bought a HPI rubicon body for it and I need to know what I need to do if anything for mounting it. Do I need longer body posts or anything??? I would like to get any parts ordered before the body gets here if I could. Thanx

If you have a local hobby shop (LHS) I would go get body posts (long ones) and hardware if you don't have anything that will work. The ones I used were HPI when I had my Rubi not sure what car or truck they were from.

Lightbulb What i did..........

I did a fj-40 and put it on my prp tlt-1 i removed the side mounts went and got hpi straight body post and made corner upright mounts much better and gives you more body choices and ride height choice also....!!!

i made longer body post by cutting the stock tlt body post in half and cutting some stainless steel 1/4 inch tubing to the right length and pushing the body post in the ends. it was a tight fit but i figures that they wouldn't come apart in the future. and it gives it a nice metal look instead of plastic.
