| Ramcharger Bumpers
Got a Proline Ramcharger body on an SCX10.2 but the body is so big, I can't find a front bumper that fits. If nobody has one readily available, is there somebody that can custom make one that fits nicely? |

Proline told me not to run bumpers with mine, front or rear. There aren't any that fit. Sent from my LM-G710VM using Tapatalk |

What about the SSD Rock Shield wide bumpers? Or the VS-410 bumpers? Not sure how wide that body is. I have the SSD rear, I can measure for you. I also have the VS-410 bumpers if you need dimensions on those as well.

The full front is 8" wide. But I'de be okay with cutting the ends off a narrower bumper just to make it fit. Proline used tp make a wide bumper set but its been discontinued. Ridge-Line Bumper #6089-00

Glad it helped. There are some other items there for the Ramcharger also. |

I knew about those bumpers. They just glue on over the lexan body... is that effective? I was thinking of a more traditional frame mounted bumper but I will look into the Shapeways bumpers as well. Thanks

If you end up destroying them, you may want to just bolt up the SSD TRX-4/SCX10II bumper shown here (I have one on my Defender, just about the simplest bumper sold anywhere, but strong as hell!): PARTS FOR TRX-4D110 Aluminum Front Bumper for TRX4 / SCX10 II You could strip it and polish it or something... |
