if you want a darker finish back it with outlaw black or metalic, the flake will show through if youre coats arent to thick or if you want a lighter brighter finish, indy silver |

I would recomend doing a couple of test shots on the bodys flashing to get an idea of what its going to look like, that way you have an idea of what you want before you commit to the whole truck P.S. i trim my body before painting to prevent scratching all that pretty new paint and so you can mark youre body holes while you can still see were they go |

If this stuff goes on Translucent, don't back it with Pactra Metallic Black... You'll get a real nasty color out of it... If it's translucent, back it with Pactr Indy Silver and you'll get a rich "Grape" purple color out of it. Example: I used "Pactra Candied Red" on this, then backed it with Pactra Black... Bad Call. |

i did a truck awhile back with that same color, only thing i shot some blue pearl behind it and then with backed it all with silver. looked awesome, just like a dark purple with alittle bit of blue in the sunlight. i'll see if i can dig up some pics.

I did a suby body with pearl blue and met. black and it turned out looking almost exactly like Blue Ridge Pearl there might be a bit of technique involved, and the proper color matching:-P |

pearl purple backed with silver will come out pink if not coated thick enough. I'd back it with candy grape

I've done several bodies with True Blue Pearl backed with Indy Silver, turns out great. Even better is misting a very light coat of Silver on first, then laying down the blue.

I'd recommend backing everything with white. It causes colors to pop more,w here silver kind of tones it down. If you plan on backing, make sure your coats are even or thick enough. |
